What was the effect? A wedding with a local girl - Linh, the only blog in Poland fully dedicated to Vietnam, and the idea to start a business in Asia.

This is how the adventure with Vietnam began - and how was the idea for Flash Recruitment born? It all started with a phone call from Rafal and a clear message: "there is a shortage of programmers in Poland". Knowledge of the Vietnamese market, as well as the opportunities for remote work that the pandemic uncovered, proved to be the solution to the above problem. This is how not only a successful business partnership was born, but also a friendship built on shared values.
