For the Candidate
We use your personal data when providing HR services, which include recruitment and selection services.
We collect and process your data as a candidate:
Identification data - we may process your name, contact information ( email correspondence address and residence and cell phone number), country of residence, date of birth, (in very exceptional cases) gender, digital signature and languages you speak
Resume/vitae - we may process your resume/vitae, work history, information about your experience, skills, education and other relevant information (e.g., your photo, interview notes and personal information that is included in your cover letter or collected as part of the application process)
Salary information - we may process personal data about your current salary and benefits, including allowances, periodic payments and benefits
Photos and videos - when you participate in recruitment meetings, video conferences, etc., we may process photos or videos of you in them
Information about building visitors - when you enter our buildings, for security reasons we may collect information:c your name, contact information, car license plate number and other identifying information.
In situations where we are legally required to do so for health and safety reasons, we may also ask you to disclose information about your health (including information related to viral infections, flu, etc.).
Information you additionally choose to share with us - we may process additional personal data if you choose to share it with us.
We may obtain this data directly from you or indirectly. When we communicate with you through data obtained indirectly in connection with our Services, e.g. when we have a job offer for you, we will inform you of the sources of the data we use and the purpose of the processing. Except when providing this information would cause disproportionate effort. In that case, we may take alternative measures to protect your rights and freedoms.
We need your personal information to:
Process your personal data to recommend jobs to you based on your profile and to enable our consultants to provide you with tailored job offers, retraining options, offer additional training if needed. The processing of your data for this purpose and the use of systems that automate our work is necessary to provide these services and is therefore based on (pre)contractual necessity.
Train and update systems and for statistical purposes. In our daily work, we use tools that improve, for example, the selection of candidates and are based on machine learning technology. For this technology to work reliably, it needs to train and update itself all the time based on existing data. We may also process personal data in aggregate for statistical purposes based on our legitimate interest in training and updating the systems we use. We have implemented measures to limit the impact of data processing on your privacy. You have the option to delete personally identifiable information, and we have implemented an easy procedure for withdrawing consent regarding preferences.
Manage disputes and litigation, and to handle reports under Flash Recruitment's whistleblowing procedure. In these cases, the processing is necessary for the purposes of Flash Recruitment's legitimate interests, which include protecting the company's assets, protecting the company's legal interests and managing claims and legal disputes, and handling reports of potential violations concerning or related to Flash Recruitment.
To hold events on the basis of legitimate interest, which is based on maintaining good relations with a group of candidates and promoting services by inviting you to our events.
For emergency situations where the processing is necessary for purposes based on Flash Recruitment's legitimate interests, which include protecting and safeguarding our assets, facilities, information systems and employees for facilities, security and planning purposes.
We retain your data over time:
for 12 months after the recruitment process closes, if you have agreed to participate in only one specific process;
for 24 months from the time of application, if you agreed to various recruitment processes.
For the customer
We process your personal data if you work for companies we work with or want to work with. E.g., we make an offer for cooperation, maintain a business relationship with the company you work for.

Information you additionally choose to share with us - we may process additional personal information if you choose to share it with us.
We need your personal information to:
Administer and manage the contractual relationship between Flash Recruitment and our Customers and Suppliers.
Develop our business (including sending marketing communications and offers). Depending on the circumstances, we will collect and process your data based on your consent, or on our legitimate interest in maintaining good relations with our current or future customers and suppliers. You can always decide that you no longer wish to receive direct marketing communications and offers from us; see the "Your Data Protection Rights" section.
In the event of an emergency. Legally legitimate interests pursued by Flash Recruitment, which include the protection and safeguarding of assets, facilities, information systems and employees.
To carry out the purposes of Flash Recruitment's legitimate interests, which include the protection of its employees and assets, the protection of its legal interests, and the management of claims/disputes; and/or for the protection of the vital interests of data subjects.
Host events. Based on our legitimate interest to organize events in such a way as to better build and maintain relationships with our customers and suppliers.
To prevent, detect and investigate fraud. We store your data over time:
At least the duration of the contract that binds us.

We share data within the European Economic Area as well as outside of it. When we transfer your data abroad, we do so in accordance with applicable law and require an appropriate level of protection for your personal data.
We protect your personal data with:

against accidental loss, alteration, destruction, use, disclosure, unauthorized access;
restricting access to your data only to those entities that have a real business need;
imposing rules on information security and IT, data protection on entities that process your data;
Data protection rights you have:
- right to information - you have the right to receive clear and understandable information about how we use your personal data and what rights you have in relation to it. We therefore provide you with the information contained in this tab e.
- right of access - you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. We enable you to verify that we process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
(3) Right to rectification - in situations where your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to request rectification of your personal data.
- right to erasure - the "right to be forgotten", allows you to request the deletion or erasure of your personal data if we have no compelling reason for us to keep it. The right to erasure is not a general right; there are exceptions to it.
5 Right to restrict processing - you have the right to stop further use of your personal data under certain circumstances. 6 Right to data portability - under certain circumstances, you have the right to recover and reuse your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. In addition, if certain conditions are met, you have the right to transfer such personal data directly to a third party.
7 Right to object to processing - you have the right to object to certain types of processing under certain circumstances. In particular, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests or for reasons of public interest;
The right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes (including profiling);
The right to object to the use of your personal data for scientific, historical or statistical research in certain cases.
8 The right to withdraw consent - if our processing of your personal data in a particular case is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
- Right to object to automated decision-making - you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects on you or similarly affects you significantly. Automated decision-making occurs when an electronic system uses personal data to make decisions without human involvement. This is not a general right to object; there are exceptions to it. For example, we may use automated decision-making when it is necessary to perform a contract with you and there are appropriate measures to protect your rights.

We will handle your request with special care to ensure that your rights are effectively enforced. We may ask you to confirm your identity to ensure that we do not share your personal information with anyone but you! You must be aware that in special cases (for example, due to legal requirements and regulations), we may not be able to fulfill your request immediately.
