THUONG VU “LINH”

A specialist in Vietnamese law with a passion for people and the IT industry - it's no surprise that all roads led Linh to Flash Recruitment. She studied law at Hanoi University and later gained experience in recruitment, working for a Japanese technology company and for academic centers. Currently, she is overseeing the compliance of employee contracts with Vietnamese regulations.

Linh is very familiar with her home market - she knows how to negotiate in Vietnam, and she also understands the needs and nature of developers there.
